Ok heres how too do it to take the whole trims out you need the spear along the door handle pop that out it is clipped in but the clips are freaking fragile i have broken a couple before and there are some torx bit screws in there i dont remember the size of them undo them should be 3 iirc and then on the outside oof door trim there is another torx one to undo you should see it when.
